The role requires no sales or business development responsibilities.

Provide high-touch financial advice and relationship management for existing wealth management clients. Develop investment and financial planning strategies, monitor market and regulatory developments, drive referrals and asset growth, and coordinate client needs with internal teams. Mentor Associate Wealth Managers, improve workflows, and deliver a client-first advisory experience while maintaining fiduciary standards.

Support Wealth Managers by preparing client materials, attending meetings, documenting action items, responding to client requests, coordinating advisory implementation, maintaining compliant records, and collaborating with planning, investment, and tax teams. Build advisory process experience without business development or sales responsibilities.
