Manages the law firm's conflicts, new business intake, and risk functions. Conducts client and matter research, performs due diligence, evaluates actual and potential conflicts, advises attorneys on waivers and procedures, reviews engagement documentation, maintains databases, and supports system upgrades and process improvements. Serves as the senior escalation point for conflicts matters and coordinates with firm leadership and business departments.

Join a 10-week program assisting partners and associates in litigation or corporate practices. Conduct complex legal research and writing, draft and review contracts, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents, and provide written and oral legal opinions and recommendations under supervision.

Counsel high-net-worth individuals and family entities on estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax matters; draft prenuptial/postnuptial agreements; handle estate administration and tax controversy (including IRS examinations/appeals); perform legal research; communicate with clients and colleagues.

Provide securities and capital markets legal support: draft offering and disclosure materials, perform federal and state securities legal research, advise on compliance with the ’33 and ’34 Acts and Regulations S-K/S-X, communicate with clients and counsel, and maintain corporate governance expertise.
