Serve as the front-office contact for clients: greet visitors, answer phones, assist with Client Dashboard (Vantaca), review homeowner ledgers, scan payments, guide online payments, manage mail, and support AR/ARC processes. Maintain organized files, provide exceptional customer service, and attend regular trainings.
