Provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership for a growing nonprofit: develop HR strategy, oversee recruiting, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, training, and culture initiatives while advising senior leadership.

Provide legal and administrative support for immigration cases (U/T/VAWA), including document preparation, Spanish<>English translation and interpretation, client communication, case file management, and outreach/education efforts.

Provide direct immigration representation for family-based and related matters, manage caseloads and client communication, coordinate consular processing, represent clients in courts and immigration agencies, maintain accurate case records, and support outreach, education, and advocacy efforts.
