Lead and manage product and process quality in a manufacturing environment: oversee APQP/PPAP, PFMEAs, control plans, non-conformance/MRB activities, root cause/corrective actions, supplier and customer quality support, audits, KPI reporting, SAP quality documentation, and quality training while ensuring ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 alignment.
