Administers employee benefits, wellness programs, and leave processes across multiple locations. Responsibilities include benefits enrollments, billing, compliance, employee support, wellness events, FMLA and ADA administration, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, reporting, employee relations support, and HR process improvements. The role requires confidentiality, regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with employees, managers, vendors, payroll, and HR leadership.

Collaborates with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams while tracking KPIs using Excel or Power BI.

Develops and validates product-cost estimates for quotations, new products, engineering changes, sourcing, and production. Analyzes materials, labor, machine time, tooling, overhead, logistics, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing assumptions. Maintains SAP costing data, reconciles quoted, standard, and actual costs, investigates variances and margin erosion, and supports value engineering, make-versus-buy decisions, budgeting, and cost reduction. Collaborates across Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance in office and production environments.

Designs and improves manufacturing tools, machinery, processes, and production controls. Supports new-program transitions, equipment setup, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, FMEA development, time standards, and R&D projects. Writes equipment procedures, trains personnel, evaluates manufacturing technologies, supports capital projects, and serves as a liaison across plant functions. Requires regular onsite attendance and hands-on use of production and power equipment.

Lead design engineer specializing in fabricated steel components: develop 3D CAD models, optimize manufacturability and costs, create should-cost tools, collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, and manufacturing, and provide technical guidance to the design team to ensure structurally sound, cost-efficient designs.

Provide focused mechanical design for standard products: develop 3-D models, perform detailed design calculations, select components, ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness, follow design standards, coordinate with purchasing/vendors, and communicate with the design team.
