Lead day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, inventory, fixed assets, credit, compliance, and controls. Supervise and develop accounting staff, support close processes, audits, tax filings, budgeting, payroll, and cash flow management. Improve accounting processes, SOPs, ERP utilization, and system implementation while partnering closely with the CFO.

Supports HR operations including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, leave and workers’ compensation documentation, compliance tracking, HR reporting, employee communications, and general employee assistance. Maintains confidential records in Paylocity, coordinates pre-employment requirements, supports audits and employee programs, and escalates sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
