Front-desk and administrative coordinator supporting Sales and the Executive team: greets visitors, answers phones, manages email and calendars, inputs inquiries into CaterXpert, maintains office supplies and common areas, assists sales with materials and orders, handles mail/packages, and performs related office tasks.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including calendar and travel management, meeting and event logistics, screening communications, preparing presentations and reports, handling confidential materials, supporting special projects, and providing occasional personal and local transportation assistance.

Support daily accounting operations and month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, sales tax filing, financial reporting and analysis. Partner with Controller and operational teams to improve controls, processes, and billing/cost tracking; assist audits and train junior staff.

Create and execute high-volume visual and written content across social media, email, and web to build brand awareness and generate leads. Regular on-site content capture at events and venues, manage social channels, maintain a content calendar, run Mailchimp campaigns, update website content, analyze performance metrics, and engage audiences to grow community and sales opportunities.
