Develop and administer Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Flows, automation, reports, dashboards, security, packages, and custom forms. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Dynamics GP, and external systems using TIBCO Scribe, eOne SmartConnect, and SSIS. The Assistant Controller owns monthly financial close, audit-ready reporting, SaaS revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, reconciliations, and variance analysis. The role supports audits, GAAP compliance, internal controls, EBITDA normalization, process improvements, and accounting system enhancements. It partners with the Controller and CFO in a growth-stage environment and mentors junior accounting staff. The position is hybrid in Austin, with three office days weekly.
