Set up new 401(k) plans and enter participant census/conversion data into company systems (Relius, Matrix Trust, CRM). Prepare enrollment materials and notices, maintain accurate electronic records, assist special projects, and provide client-focused onboarding support while learning required software and procedures.

Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 200 401(k) plans. Respond to client inquiries, manage year-end testing and Form 5500 data, assist with sponsor/participant websites and payroll uploads, support advisors and audits, interpret plan documents, keep clients informed on legislation, escalate issues, and attend team meetings.
