Directs HR, safety, compliance, training, benefits, payroll, risk management, and organizational development for a food manufacturing facility. Oversees audit readiness for SQF, FDA, and ODA standards, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, unemployment hearings, employee training, IT vendors, technology budgets, and two direct reports. Partners with the CEO and management team to improve facility safety, quality, communication, and staff retention.
