Senior-level General Liability partner to run files, manage clients and insurance carrier relationships, provide legal representation and mentorship, and take leadership roles within the firm. Must maintain California bar standing and deliver high-quality litigation or defense services while contributing to a collaborative firm culture.

Provide litigation support under attorney supervision: prepare and manage legal documents and filings, perform eDiscovery and legal research, assist with discovery and trial preparation, coordinate vendors and court logistics, and accurately bill time.

Provide cross-practice paralegal support including triage, coverage for absences, document drafting and editing, legal research, e-filing, case and trial logistics, billing, and rotating across practice areas to ensure continuity during high-demand periods.

Provide paralegal support across multiple practice groups, including administrative tasks, drafting and managing legal documents, e-filing, legal research, triage of urgent requests, coverage for absent paralegals, trial preparation and on-site trial support, workload reporting, and accurate time/billing recording.

Prepare, verify, and submit client invoices per firm policies and client outside counsel guidelines using BillBlast and eBilling portals. Monitor invoice status, resolve rejections and payment issues, communicate billing status with attorneys and clients, prepare account analyses and monthly billing reports, assist month-end billing and special projects to support revenue cycle.

Provide litigation support in General Liability: prepare and manage legal documents, perform eDiscovery and document review, draft discovery and pleadings, coordinate filings and vendors, assist with hearings, trials, client meetings, legal research, and billing compliance.

Manage and support e-billing platforms (BillBlast, T360, Legal Tracker, CounselLink), implement client billing setups, ensure LEDES-compliant invoices, resolve rejections, train staff, provide reporting, and support monthly billing and audit documentation.

Represent clients in general liability litigation at a national law firm. Work collaboratively with mentors, handle case development and courtroom matters, and participate in training and professional development. Position is hybrid in Connecticut with opportunities for career growth and partnership track.
