Coordinates and delivers employee training, including CPR, First Aid, AED, crisis management, medication administration, mental health, orientation, and regulatory training. Maintains training records, tracks compliance and annual training hours, reports issues to management, develops individualized training, and supports staff education and continuing regulatory updates.

Serve as the corporate office receptionist, greeting visitors, managing a high-volume switchboard, handling mail/packages, maintaining office organization and supplies, providing basic administrative support and troubleshooting office equipment, and assisting management with special projects.
