Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept through completion, mentor and direct engineering staff, and serve as the Boston electrical technical authority. Drive business development and client relationships for the Boston market, manage project documentation and construction-phase activities, and establish technical standards for the office.

Lead electrical design projects from concept through completion, act as client point of contact, manage project documentation and deliverables, coordinate multi‑discipline teams, execute fit‑out/renovation and large complex projects, prepare technical memos, and support staff development, business development, and firm marketing.

Support project accounting by preparing and processing client invoices, entering budgets and contract values, tracking project costs (labor, expenses, subcontractors), maintaining job cost reports, monitoring accounts receivable, supporting month-end close and reconciliations, assisting with change orders and system updates, and working with Project Managers and senior accounting staff to ensure accurate billing and cost coding.

Perform power system studies including short circuit, coordination, and arc flash analyses; collaborate with designers to mitigate issues; conduct site surveys and verify shop drawings; lead office training on SKM and electrical modeling tools; maintain design standards, attend project meetings, and mentor junior engineers to support successful project delivery.

Provide high-level administrative support to leadership: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle expense reports and DOB filings, maintain licenses/PDH tracking, support office events, and safeguard confidential information while collaborating with firmwide stakeholders.

Lead electrical design for tenant fit-outs and base building upgrades: produce riser diagrams, schedules, floor plans, and specifications; assemble contract documents and equipment room layouts; design ancillary systems (UPS, generators, pumps); review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders; perform site visits and punch-lists; coordinate across trades and support project scheduling to meet technical and financial goals.

Lead electrical engineering design and delivery for complex healthcare projects from concept through construction. Act as client contact, manage project documents and deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, handle design changes and approvals, and support financial management and business development to ensure technical quality and project success.
