Maintain and enhance an enterprise reporting database: design schemas, map data sources, build and monitor ETL/SSIS import processes, develop reports and ad hoc queries, ensure performance, security, backup/recovery, and document data flows while cross-training and supporting IT.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including complex calendar management, preparing correspondence and board materials, coordinating meetings and travel, taking minutes, managing board governance documentation, conducting research, and coordinating special projects while maintaining confidentiality and proactive executive support.
