Provide part-time C-suite financial leadership for a healthcare RCM firm: strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, performance analysis, capital planning, team leadership, and contract/reimbursement review to improve revenue and cost outcomes.

Identify and prospect healthcare providers for Medical Billing and RCM services. Build pipeline, qualify opportunities, manage full sales cycle, and close deals. Engage CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, billing managers, and practice owners through cold calling, networking, presentations, and strategic sales plans.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, client success, and senior leadership across healthcare, SaaS, and tech. Source passive candidates, manage candidate experience, partner with hiring managers, conduct market research and compensation benchmarking, and close offers to deliver hiring results.
