Manage full scope of architectural millwork and casework projects: review drawings and shop drawings, produce fabrication documents, control budgets/changes, schedule fabrication/delivery/installation, coordinate procurement and field activities, mentor assistants, and communicate with clients to protect schedule, budget, and design intent.

Perform accounts receivable and payable duties for construction projects: create invoices, verify certified payroll, enter contracts and vendor/subcontractor invoices, reconcile accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, process joint checks and credit applications, prepare reports, and collaborate with project managers on billing requirements while supporting general accounting and payroll functions.

Manage contract formation for the Texas division: draft, review, negotiate, and administer construction contracts (prime, subcontracts, GMP, design-build). Ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risk, support project teams, maintain contract documentation, prepare amendments/abstracts, train personnel, and implement standardized contract administration processes while collaborating with executives, legal, operations, and stakeholders.

Lead business development for Rycon's Atlanta office: create strategic BD plans, pursue high-value leads, manage proposals and CRM, cultivate client relationships, analyze market trends, and represent the firm at industry events while mentoring junior staff and supporting preconstruction and partnership development.

Lead Charlotte market business development: set and execute growth strategy, pursue high-value construction opportunities, build executive relationships, oversee capture planning and CRM/pipeline management, coordinate with operations and preconstruction, represent Rycon externally, set regional goals, and mentor the BD team.

Lead nationwide sales for the Casework and Millwork division: develop markets, manage pipeline and key accounts, collaborate with estimating and operations, promote interior finishes expertise, use CRM for forecasting, and build scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth.
