Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns and journeys. Develop responsive email templates and dynamic content (HTML, AMPscript), manage data extensions and automations, perform QA and deliverability testing, segment lists, analyze campaign metrics, support integrations (MuleSoft, RedShift, PeopleSoft, D2L), and produce reporting and documentation to improve marketing automation performance.

Manage and coordinate Salesforce release cycles across multiple orgs, ensuring timely, in-scope, high-quality deployments. Write, edit, and manage federal/state/local/utility proposals (RFPs, RFIs, Task Orders, PowerPoints). Ensure compliance, one-voice tone, coordinate SMEs and capture managers, maintain technical library, and manage smaller proposal efforts under multiple deadlines.

Manage multiple projects and tasks on-site, provide project management oversight, analyze business processes, develop project plans and agency reports, serve as technical lead and SME, coordinate with staff and consultants, manage records and document flows, verify contract deliverables, and provide general administrative support.

Develop, maintain, and deploy FICO Blaze business rules and RMA solutions; expose rules via Java web services; design decision tables, score models, rule flows; integrate Blaze with core applications and cloud-based microservices; collaborate with analysts and developers to translate business requirements into rule artifacts.

Lead planning and execution of facility enhancements and electrification projects. Manage design and construction contracts, ensure projects meet production and safety standards, evaluate cost estimates and schedules, and coordinate stakeholders for new construction and system rehabilitation across the transit system.

Develop, configure, and support OnBase workflows and integrations. Analyze business processes, build APIs, implement system enhancements, create training materials, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to troubleshoot and deliver technical solutions.

Coordinate end-to-end proposal activities: manage timelines, maintain bid repository and Teams files, review solicitations for compliance, run bid/no-bid meetings, track amendments, support capture and award submittals, and provide general administrative support for business development and HR-related tasks.
