Provides technical support for employees, troubleshooting Windows and Mac workstations, servers, networks, peripherals, software, and access issues. Build and scale NetVendor’s go-to-market technology ecosystem, centered on HubSpot. Integrate GTM platforms and internal data, develop automations and AI-enabled workflows, create reliable data infrastructure, and deliver reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and lifecycle analytics. The role translates revenue operations strategy into scalable technical solutions, prototypes emerging technologies, and documents maintainable systems that improve execution across the revenue organization.

Lead the Document Processing department through Processing Supervisors, setting KPIs, staffing plans, operating standards, and performance expectations. Improve efficiency, quality, retention, and throughput by redesigning workflows, reducing rework, evaluating automation, and analyzing operational trends. Own SOPs and audit-ready controls, sponsor tool and process implementations, partner with HR on employee matters, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Client Success to address processing issues.
