Coordinates customer needs from estimating through invoicing while supporting the sales team. Responsibilities include preparing bid packets, managing special orders, researching product availability and pricing, reviewing account discrepancies, coordinating deliveries and returns, auditing completed jobs, and communicating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, yard staff, and internal departments.

Develop new business and manage relationships with builders, contractors, designers, property managers, and homeowners across construction and remodeling markets. Conduct site visits, assess needs, present products, prepare estimates, negotiate pricing, and protect margins. Guide customers through material selection, coordinate project handoffs, maintain CRM pipeline activity, and achieve sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service at the in-store sales counter, assist customers by phone and in person, answer product questions, create material lists using takeoff software, manage time and priorities in a fast-paced retail building materials environment, and collaborate with team members to support sales and customer satisfaction.
