Provide pre‑sale technical support and application engineering for HVAC and hydronic systems across the US/Canada. Troubleshoot product issues, propose solutions with Sales/R&D, document technical decisions, lead or join project teams, analyze customer feedback to improve products, and deliver occasional internal training and technical documentation.

Creates production-ready mechanical documentation for modular HVAC, pumping, and packaged plant room solutions. Responsibilities include developing SolidWorks 3D models, assemblies, fabrication and weldment drawings, BOMs, GA layouts, installation drawings, and manufacturing documentation. The role maintains controlled revisions in PDM/PLM systems, validates P&IDs, applies design-for-manufacturing principles, supports engineering changes and prototypes, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and production teams.

Creates and maintains electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, cable routing drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation for HVAC, pumping, and packaged plant room solutions. Uses SolidWorks Electrical and AutoCAD while maintaining controlled documentation in PDM/PLM systems. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, production, procurement, and project teams to support panel fabrication, prototype builds, testing, engineering changes, and continuous improvement.

Design and develop mechanical pump packages and electromechanical systems using CAD. Perform engineering calculations, FEA/CFD thermal analysis, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and DFMEA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, maintain BOMs and drawings in PLM, and support product launches and continuous improvement.

Support and maintain quality assurance and control across manufacturing by managing regulatory compliance (UL, CSA, ETL, NSF, Intertek), ISO9001/14001 activities, SOPs, inspections, PPAP, FMEA, corrective actions, supplier/customer quality communication, and quality metrics reporting. Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Materials, and other sites to implement continuous improvement and ensure product conformity.

Support planning and scheduling of manufacturing to align supply and demand. Release and prioritize work orders, monitor material availability and production plans, prepare MRP/backorder/schedule reports, collaborate with production, purchasing, inventory, quality, and logistics, and help expedite materials and flag order impacts.

Lead technical design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of Infor LN solutions. Build interfaces, data migrations, and ION integrations; debug and optimize LN programs; create technical specs and documentation; collaborate with business and support teams; train and mentor junior LN programmers; drive continuous improvement and process optimization across ERP LN modules.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including supplier setup/validation, high-volume invoice processing, payment runs (ACH/wire/check), dispute resolution, reconciliations, month-end close support, audit assistance, and process improvements to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
