The Chief Financial Officer will lead Finance and Accounting while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the board. Responsibilities include financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, construction accounting, WIP, job costing, cash flow, treasury, working capital, banking, surety, capital planning, controls, systems improvement, and finance team development. The CFO will partner with operations to evaluate project profitability, labor, equipment, risk, and enterprise value.

Serve as the central coordinator between sales, estimating, operations, safety, and customers. Manage leads, CRM data, proposals, prequalification packages, job handoffs, billing support, and scheduling while improving sales processes and documentation.
