Provide strategic administrative support to the COO and leadership team: manage calendars and travel, coordinate meetings across time zones, prepare presentations and reports, support project tracking and follow-ups, handle expense reports and vendor coordination, maintain confidentiality, and assist with special projects and company events in a fast-paced, remote life‑sciences startup.

Support day-to-day optichannel program execution for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, lead project coordination, manage timelines and vendors, produce performance reports and analytics, contribute to strategy with cross-functional teams, and support growth and process improvements.
