Serve as Fos Feminista's principal legal advisor, providing strategic counsel on governance, compliance, institutional strategy, operations, advocacy, and grantmaking across multiple jurisdictions. Oversee outside counsel, maintain risk registers, ensure regulatory compliance for 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) structures, develop governance and compliance policies, advise CEO and boards, and cultivate a global network of pro bono and specialized legal partners to support cross-border operations.

Lead strategy and operations for institutional giving to meet annual revenue targets. Manage donor relationships, develop grant proposals and reports, build funding pipelines, coordinate cross-team inputs, represent Fos Feminista to funders, and supervise philanthropy staff and consultants.
