Oversee Express Lube operations and customer experience, greet and assist vehicle owners, explain services, manage technician scheduling, sell available technician time, distribute work efficiently, and provide phone and in-person concierge support. The role requires strong communication, organization, time management, leadership, a professional appearance, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and willingness to complete a background check.

Communicate with prospective vehicle buyers through phone, text, email, social media, and live chat. Respond to internet leads, provide initial product information, verify customer and vehicle needs, schedule sales appointments, follow up with leads and no-shows, conduct appointment reminders, maintain customer profiles, and coordinate with dealership teams using scripts, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
