Plans, develops, delivers, and evaluates operational training for administrative and front-desk healthcare staff. Manages onboarding, EMR and workflow education, refresher sessions, train-the-trainer programs, training materials, quality assurance, and learning schedules across multiple locations. Partners with operational departments and executives, identifies training needs and super users, supports training-environment testing, tracks KPIs, and reports progress. Frequent nationwide travel is required for onsite training and implementation support.

Requires healthcare training experience, medical-field background, strong communication and organizational skills, and up to 75% travel.

Leads enterprise learning strategy, instructional design, training delivery, onboarding, knowledge management, and strategic learning projects. Partners with cross-functional leaders to identify capability gaps, create scalable learning solutions, govern organizational knowledge assets, administer LMS processes, measure learning effectiveness, and improve operational performance. Supervises the knowledge management team and travels up to 30% across operating regions.

Perform data processing, exploratory analysis, visualization, KPI design and reporting to support clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Build and validate analytical models, automate model deployment, conduct root cause analysis, create ad-hoc and periodic reports, and support business continuity planning, testing, training, and regulatory audits.
