Coordinate and monitor HV electrical network operations for Defence bases: manage outages, approve transmission switching schedules, perform real-time dispatch and voltage/security functions, inspect HV assets, develop service delivery tables, ensure safety and compliance, liaise with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement.

Coordinate Project Data Services activities across multiple Defence bases, including planning, scheduling, data validation, HOTO management, compliance with defence standards, risk identification, and process improvement to ensure seamless project delivery.

Provide strategic and tactical financial advice, manage debtors and overhead allocation, prepare forecasts and reconciliations, and drive continuous improvement and compliance with company policies.

Lead pre-contract commercial and pricing for major road maintenance and infrastructure bids: develop pricing strategies, validate estimates, quantify risks, commercialise contracts, engage suppliers, and support bid-to-delivery handover and optimisation.

Support tender responses by reviewing requirements, using AI tools to draft templates, collaborating with SMEs to produce clear, compliant proposals, maintaining bid repositories, and coordinating quality reviews and stakeholder engagement.

Lead the PMO for Defence property and asset services: oversee estate maintenance, survey & quote activities, manage estate works projects on time and budget, review/approve proposals, ensure safety and quality, and drive process improvements.

Support the Contract Manager with contract administration, commercial reporting, claims and variation management, subcontractor compliance, document control and governance. Maintain contract registers, prepare notices and submissions, assist audits and pricing/SOR reviews, and help mitigate commercial risks across telecommunications infrastructure programs.
