Provide administrative and sales support for catering and events: phone coverage, filing, creating sales/catering kits, client billing, contracts, reports, capture sales data in the Reserve system, assist managers, coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance, and conduct site tours to deliver a welcoming guest experience.

Drive catering and group sales for the hotel by soliciting new and existing accounts via phone and outside calls, conducting site inspections, preparing correspondence and reports, attending industry events, coordinating with hotel departments, meeting revenue goals, and representing the hotel professionally. Maintain market knowledge, participate in meetings and trainings, and work flexible schedules including weekends.

Monitor endpoint security, assist with vulnerability remediation, support onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and infrastructure deployments.
