Develops and coordinates compliant technical documentation, CDRLs, user manuals, administrator guides, installation and configuration guides, release notes, and proposal responses for DoD and commercial stakeholders. The role translates complex engineering inputs into clear, consistent customer-facing content, manages documentation schedules and contributors, maintains source files and published deliverables, and supports RFQ, RFP, and RFI responses.

Lead design and development of integrated avionics and communications systems using MBSE and simulation tools. Provide expert analysis, resolve complex technical issues, develop and defend system designs, create system test plans, execute simulations and test procedures, generate testable requirements, mentor junior engineers, and use lifecycle practices and development tools (e.g., JIRA, Digital.ai Agility).
