Lead design, implementation, and architecture of PeopleSoft applications with emphasis on Finance and Enterprise Performance. Design, implement and deploy Oracle ERP/HCM solutions. Lead Enterprise HCM implementations and global HR design. Document business processes, perform needs analysis and mapping, run workshops, and present solutions. Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to travel.

Lead and supervise process and functional design for Oracle EBS procurement and finance. Create functional requirements, develop and test detailed functional designs and prototypes, plan and execute data conversions, and provide financial analysis and diagnosis. Support AP and PO processes and work across Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Projects.

Design, implement, and deploy Oracle ERP solutions with a focus on Enterprise HCM. Lead HR global design, document business processes, perform needs analysis and business mapping, and run workshops and presentations. Use Microsoft Office tools and support client-facing activities, including travel.

Lead client-facing marketing analytics projects using econometric and statistical methods to measure offline and digital marketing impact. Deliver analyses, recommendations, and presentations (MMM, attribution, digital analytics, pricing/promotion, demand forecasting). Manage and grow a team and travel extensively to client sites.
