Independently solve complex problems and collaborate with stakeholders; occasional travel expected.

Translate requirements into detailed designs and implement maintainable Pega/PRPC solutions. Assist in analysis, design and implementation of real-time decisioning/decision management solutions. Design software architecture and SOA services for enterprise, process-based applications. Provide consulting/client-facing support across finance, insurance, or healthcare domains.

Lead client-facing marketing analytics projects using quantitative methods to measure offline and digital marketing impact. Provide analyses, recommendations, and presentations (Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Channel Attribution, Digital Analytics, Pricing & Promotion, Demand Forecasting). Manage and grow a team and perform customer-level data analysis using SAS and statistical/econometric methods. Role requires extensive travel and external consulting experience.
