Lead PeopleSoft technical projects and provide application support for global Core HR (v8.9). Design, code, unit test, gather requirements, build integrations to payroll/third-party systems, develop test scripts, manage documentation, and act as PeopleSoft technical lead/architect to ensure best-practice integrations and continuous improvement.

Administer and support IBM InfoSphere DataStage v11.x on RedHat Linux: perform upgrades, performance tuning, high-availability, backup/recovery, clustering, and support processes. Collaborate on integration (SOA) tasks and use scripting for automation and maintenance.

Test and develop Ruby applications including JRuby; build reusable Ruby libraries; design and implement automated testing platforms and unit tests; debug and resolve issues; work with Linux, CI, Subversion, databases, offshore teams and customers; communicate technical specifications and status to the team.

Develop, test, debug and support PeopleSoft eBilling and Brand Reporting solutions using PeopleTools. Translate business requirements into technical designs, build Application Engine, Integration Broker, PeopleCode and related components, provide production support, write documentation, and collaborate with business users to scope and deliver PeopleSoft Financial (AP and GL) functionality.

Develop and execute automated and unit tests for Ruby applications (including JRuby/JSON). Implement test automation platforms, work with CI, debug issues, interface with customers and offshore teams, and manage code/configuration via Subversion on Linux environments with external and embedded databases.

Test mobile and web applications with emphasis on Android testing and debugging. Use scripting and basic Unix skills; programming experience (preferably Java). Approximately 4–5 years of experience required.

Perform business analysis for web-based applications within agile teams: gather and document user and technical requirements, create and maintain user stories/epics/product backlog in Jira, analyze technical issues, and coordinate with distributed development and QA teams.
