Provide Netezza database administration and support: create users/groups and permissions, configure users, troubleshoot query and system performance, analyze log and plan files, manage backup/restore concepts, run gen-stats/reclaim/groom/nz_migrate, handle DB errors, implement hardware events, deploy changes from dev to prod, liaise with IBM Netezza support and application teams, and provide 24/7 global support.

Elicit and document system and user requirements, work with end users to define business processes, create Visio process maps, perform fit-gap analysis, produce test cases/scenarios, manage requirements tracking, support technical implementation across SDLC and Agile projects using project management tools.

Lead a team of 6-8 developers building enterprise Java/JEE applications. Design and implement Java, XML, Web Services and SOA integrations, handle database modeling/tuning, and ensure production readiness and performance.

Administer and support IBM InfoSphere DataStage v11.x on RedHat Linux: perform upgrades, performance tuning, high-availability, backup/recovery, clustering, and support processes. Collaborate on integration (SOA) tasks and use scripting for automation and maintenance.

Execute functional, integration, and regression tests; document and track defects; deploy and configure UCS servers and data center test topologies; debug system/software issues with developers; report test progress and maintain test infrastructure and quality metrics.

Produce UML diagrams and design functional/non-functional specifications. Work on migration projects, handle Java messaging (JMS) and IBM MQ integrations, and perform ~20% infrastructure operational tasks. Basic knowledge of capital markets required; Tibco/EMS experience is a plus.

Lead PeopleSoft technical projects and provide application support for global Core HR (v8.9). Design, code, unit test, gather requirements, build integrations to payroll/third-party systems, develop test scripts, manage documentation, and act as PeopleSoft technical lead/architect to ensure best-practice integrations and continuous improvement.
