Lead Alfresco development efforts: manage project technology, provide technical guidance, and deliver Alfresco consulting. Must have extensive Alfresco experience (4.2 and 5.0) and expertise in performance and scaling of Alfresco deployments.

Develop, test, and support eBilling and Brand Reporting using PeopleTools. Design, code, document and deploy solutions (Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Application Package). Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, write specifications, and work with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Lead a team of 6-8 developers building enterprise Java/JEE applications. Design and implement Java, XML, Web Services and SOA integrations, handle database modeling/tuning, and ensure production readiness and performance.

Serve as a techno-functional IT analyst for Oracle Apps, focusing on R12 Service Agreements and Install Base. Lead SA/IB integrations, map integrations to Cisco custom processes, perform impact analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams. Understand Oracle CRM architecture and data flow.

Gather and analyze customer requirements, define business processes, plan and support PeopleSoft HCM implementations and upgrades, create queries and SQL reports, coordinate testing, and provide ongoing system support and change management.

Lead DXM/WCM functional work: finalize functional requirements, create and track module work plans, monitor schedules, provide technical guidance, coach team members, ensure process compliance, participate in technical reviews, prepare status reports, and map business requirements to functional specifications for on-time delivery.
