Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Equestrian Center: guest reception, bookings and sales, invoicing and payment processing, records and calendar management (vet/farrier), POS and website updates, vendor coordination, inventory control, and cross-department communication and projects.

Serve as a technical tax resource supporting corporate tax compliance, technical accounting, controls, documentation, and finance transformation. Prepare and coordinate tax filings, manage tax calendar, support audits and tax provisions, research complex tax issues, develop policies and process documentation, and lead process improvement and system enhancements across legal entities.

Lead brand and digital commerce to scale a luxury jewelry business. Translate design vision into cohesive brand expression, drive awareness and demand, optimize e-commerce and UX, manage KPIs and revenue, run events and retail activations, and ensure operational rigor across product development, production, inventory, and fulfillment.
