Manage Nadia Care’s Indiana provider and community partnership territory, developing relationships with health systems, OBGYN practices, hospitals, FQHCs, and outreach organizations. Drive referrals, account growth, partner retention, and community impact through strategic outreach, presentations, events, and performance tracking. Maintain CRM records, report KPIs, map healthcare stakeholders, and collaborate with care delivery, product, technology, and outreach teams. The role requires 50% travel, including field work and occasional evening or weekend events.

Provides Tier 1–2 support for a remote workforce, troubleshooting Windows and macOS issues, managing tickets and SLAs, and documenting solutions. Owns employee onboarding and offboarding, IAM, access reviews, SSO support, Intune device management, endpoint security, hardware logistics, Google Workspace administration, and SaaS tools. Automates tasks with PowerShell and Bash while supporting SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, audit evidence collection, and access-related remediation.

Support day-to-day marketing operations: edit creative assets, manage Asana project workflows and SOPs, coordinate vendors and giveaways, execute multi-channel campaigns (email/SMS/social/direct mail), maintain email templates and CMS content, run social media and newsletter production, build tracking (UTMs, short links, QR codes), handle inbound group emails, and deliver campaign analytics and reporting.
