Develops acquisition strategies and strategy products, prepares materials for acquisition panels and boards, and drafts acquisition products such as interagency agreements, briefings, memoranda, executive summaries, white papers, status reports, and ad hoc reports. Uses Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and potentially ORBIT to analyze complex programmatic requirements and support stakeholders.

Lead development and operation of a government-focused supply chain risk assessment capability. Analyze defense industrial base risks (foreign influence, cyber, financial), manage ETL and data quality for sensitive datasets, support analytics platform architecture and migration, build dashboards and geo-maps, and produce standardized reports while communicating findings to stakeholders.
