Develop and manage business relationships to drive commercial deposit growth, treasury management adoption, fee income, and lending opportunities. Prospect, maintain a sales pipeline, recommend banking solutions, coordinate internal partners, and represent the bank in community and referral networks while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.

Support collateral perfection for consumer and commercial loans by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining loan and collateral documents (mortgages, titles, liens). Ensure compliance with bank, state, and federal regulations, process payoffs, release collateral on paid notes, maintain ticklers, and protect the bank's loan assets.
