Responsibilities include performance and reliability analysis, safety incident investigations, infrastructure and train interface management, stakeholder coordination with maintainers and leasing companies, team leadership, project support, and participation in the on-call rota. The role requires Chartered Engineer status, railway engineering experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a safety-critical environment.
