Plan, execute, and deliver small-to-mid size IT projects on time and within budget. Define scope, goals, and success criteria; manage resources and stakeholders; schedule timelines; track milestones; oversee quality control; manage changes and risks; produce status reports and post-mortems; and develop project management best practices.

Travel to client sites as needed.

Ensure product and process predictability by reducing cost and variability through root-cause analysis, SPC, corrective action, tooling evaluation, process improvements, and coordination with customers/vendors. Develop quality plans, inspection methodologies, and review engineering documentation to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.

Provide operational database services for SQL Server environments: install, configure, upgrade, backup/recovery, security, performance tuning, capacity planning, incident/request resolution, change management, documentation, and 24x7 support while coordinating with development and IT teams.
