Supports HR operations and people strategies across 17 West Virginia facilities. Partners with facility leaders to diagnose organizational needs, implement HR programs and policies, coach senior staff, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain accurate HR data, provide reporting, and ensure compliance. The role requires approximately 30% travel throughout the assigned region and may be primarily remote while remaining regionally located.

The Receptionist greets visitors, answers and directs telephone calls, takes and delivers messages, operates paging and telephone systems, and provides administrative support. The role maintains a friendly image for the healthcare center, follows organizational and safety policies, participates in training, and supports quality service delivery. This is a full-time day-shift position that includes weekends.

Coordinates nursing staff schedules, attendance, and paid time off while maintaining nursing supply inventory and par levels. Duties include purchasing supplies, managing vendors, processing requisitions, handling damaged shipments, tracking product codes, organizing storage, delivering emergency supplies, allocating supply costs, and preparing billing documentation. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Leads labor relations strategy, collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration, grievance resolution, union avoidance, and labor relations training. Partners with legal, HR, operations, and leadership on contract interpretation, election campaigns, employment law compliance, wage increases, bonuses, budgeting, and prevention initiatives. Requires extensive knowledge of labor laws, union relations, and collective bargaining practices, with travel required.

Heavy emphasis on field sales, cold calling, and community relationship building.

Manage and grow partner relationships for a Medicare Advantage plan by conducting site visits and regular outreach, troubleshooting barriers, delivering tailored engagement strategies, coordinating with sales, marketing and leadership, and promoting the care model to increase partner engagement and member retention. Travel to partner sites ~25%.
