Provide administrative support for HSE and operations: implement safety management systems, maintain compliance documentation (ISN, Veriforce, Alert), support training, audits, reporting, incident investigations, PPE purchasing, and weekly safety meetings.

Lead day-to-day billing operations including invoice preparation, submission, AR aging management, dispute resolution, reconciliation, audits, and mentoring billing staff. Ensure compliance with payer requirements, identify denial trends, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic billing issues.

Manage front desk operations, greet clients and vendors, handle inquiries, maintain phone and correspondence, operate office equipment, use Microsoft Office, and prioritize multitasking in a fast-paced environment while providing professional customer service.
