Lead and execute the Dream Projects fundraising strategy, cultivating individual, named scholarship, and institutional donors. Manage donor stewardship, events, grant research/proposals, and board-engagement while reporting progress to the ED and board. Use Salesforce to maintain donor records and collaborate with staff to expand revenue streams.
