Senior individual-contributor responsible for setting PLC engineering standards, architecture, and technical direction. Lead code quality, reviews, and complex troubleshooting; own high-risk projects, mentor engineers, and represent technical leadership across cross-functional teams and clients.

Provide advanced application development, integration, and troubleshooting for DDC/BMS/BAS projects. Configure BACnet/Modbus gateways, develop control databases and interfaces, support commissioning and service teams, review portfolio standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in customer technical meetings and project lifecycle documentation.
