Oversee U.S. benefits administration, payroll operations, HR compliance, and HR operations improvements. Collaborate with ESH for safety compliance and with global headquarters to align policies and programs. Lead employee relations, succession planning, and HRIS/data integrity efforts.

Lead a strategic academic account to expand United Imaging's presence by developing account plans, coordinating cross-functional deal teams, cultivating executive-level academic relationships, shaping product and research partnerships, managing sales funnel and references, and maintaining deep imaging domain and competitive expertise to drive institutional adoption.
