Lead SIOP planning for earthmoving machines: create proactive demand forecasts, identify supply risks 90+ days ahead, optimize inventory and stocking, manage backorder prevention, collaborate with Caterpillar and internal stakeholders, present KPIs and business cases to support inventory investment and OTIF goals.
