Process daily accounting transactions including agency-billed invoicing, client payments and deposits, direct bill commission processing, vendor and carrier payments, reconcile balance sheets, support carrier payables, resolve commission issues, and assist with bookkeeping and process-improvement projects. May work extra hours during month-end close.

Provide accounting support to the Accounting Manager: reconcile bank accounts, manage AR and fixed assets, complete balance sheet reconciliations, post monthly journal entries and payroll, support 1099 and tax filings, prepare audit documentation and management reports, and assist with process improvements and month-end close.

Provide front-desk and back-office administrative support across multiple divisions: answer and route multiline calls, greet visitors, manage mail/eFax, process payments and petty cash, create bank deposit documentation, perform data cleanup and entry, maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinate vendor/landlord maintenance, handle confidential documents, and perform other assigned administrative tasks.
