Provide legal counsel on high‑value, high‑risk matters across banking, fiduciary, trust, estate, and IP law. Advise executives on regulatory compliance, negotiate complex contracts, support new business initiatives, manage disputes and outside counsel, and enable business growth through risk mitigation and legal research.

Lead implementation and oversight of the Bank's Consumer Compliance Program. Conduct complex QA reviews, monitor remediation, develop policies and training, advise business units on regulatory changes, support examinations/audits, and report to executive leadership. Provide compliance guidance for products, marketing, and processes while promoting a robust compliance culture.

Support and maintain consumer compliance and fair lending programs through monitoring, risk assessments, policy and documentation review, testing, and audit/examination preparation. Identify compliance gaps, document findings, support issue resolution, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory adherence.
