Provide production support and act as primary contact for enterprise content management applications. Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with business partners and vendors, manage upgrades/patches, perform system integration testing, monitor performance, maintain documentation, support organization-wide IT initiatives, and provide on-call after-hours support. Interpret reporting rules, update XBRL taxonomy, implement process and system improvements, ensure internal controls, and support cross-functional initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Senior individual-contributor responsible for aligning business strategy to technology roadmaps and enterprise architectures. Defines reference architectures, governance (ARB), cloud/hybrid modernization, and integration standards. Evaluates emerging tech, leads POCs, ensures compliance, security, resilience, and scalability. Collaborates with stakeholders, mentors architects, and contributes to disaster recovery and risk mitigation.

Lead and execute internal audit engagements from planning through reporting. Evaluate controls, risk management, and compliance; prepare reports with actionable recommendations; advise on remediation; mentor staff; and support continuous improvement and special projects.

Lead risk-based internal audits of Treasury and Finance, assess controls, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency. Develop and execute audit plans, deliver data-driven findings, drive control improvements, manage and coach audit staff, liaise with regulators and external auditors, and report results and remediation plans to leadership and the Audit Committee.

Performs FP&A activities including financial reporting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis, modeling, and data/process improvements. Supports and partners with business units, delivers insights for decision-making, and progressively leads planning processes and recommendations to influence business outcomes.

Support coordination, testing, and documentation of SOX controls. Perform control testing in AuditBoard, review financial statements, assist business units with documentation, support Section 302/404 certifications, coordinate with auditors, escalate deficiencies, and contribute to compliance framework projects.

Supports a Financial Advisor by opening and maintaining accounts, handling transfers, servicing clients, soliciting new business, scheduling reviews, assisting with compliance and referrals, and performing administrative tasks to grow the advisor's client base.
