Provide front-office administrative support to keep the school running: manage reception, attendance, student records, family communication, procurement, inventory, facilities and vendor coordination, student recruitment events, and support school systems (SIS and communication platforms). Serve as a calm, organized frontline operations resource for staff, families, and external partners.

Lead schoolwide culture and student development by designing SEL and MTSS/PBIS systems, managing behavior and attendance initiatives, ensuring compliance, and coaching staff. Provide data-driven instructional coaching, family engagement, and supervise a small team to improve student outcomes and drive continual instructional improvement.

Provide front-office and operational support for a 12-month charter school: manage attendance, student records, SIS platforms, family communication, enrollment, procurement, transportation coordination, compliance documentation, and day-to-day office operations to keep school systems running smoothly.
