Manage day-to-day accreditation operations for the Quality Management Systems program, oversee ISO/IEC 17021-1 CAB accreditation, handle assessor oversight, maintain program documents, liaise with regulators and industry groups, train staff and assessors, and develop growth strategies for the Certification program.

Manage day-to-day accreditation operations for testing and calibration laboratories: serve as primary contact, facilitate accreditation processes, review reports and corrective actions, recommend accreditation decisions, maintain records, respond to inquiries, become subject matter expert on standards, and travel occasionally for lab visits and conferences. Extensive training and six-month mentorship provided.
